Thanks for the response! Ah got it, when i looked up Centurion Tri's I had only seen the fork blades without eyelets, as mine is. Either way, I think I may have to get another fork with a bit more clearance, I think I can get a 650bx38 tire but no fenders. Rear looks fine. Pic attached, I'll update with pics of clearance soon.
What do you think in terms of handlebar tape color?? i wanted to find something like the ones that fade from one color to another. Yellow to white, or yellow to black, etc.. but can't find any except old stock ones on eBay here in the states.
Happy New Year to everyone!

I'm dredging this up again, I'm doing a similar build 650b build but on a Crescent 309 Competition. Should have ample space with up to 38mm 650b tyres with guards (hopefully without any dimpling needed)
I saw that when you drilled the holes in both frame and the guards you put a black rubber grommet in there, what are they called and where in Göteborg can I buy them?
Cheers!

Sorry, dredge again as I missed your question. I have a whole bag of those things, PM me. Got them from ebay I think.
I'm also selling this if anyone's interested. Postage is notoriously expensive from Sweden to basically anywhere but if there's interest I'll look it up in more detail.

Didn't notice before but does the frame not have rear mudguard eyelets? Hard to tell from the photos.
If not how did you attach the guards?

Surprisingly similar Nishiki on ebay at the moment.
Hey Diego, thanks. I used 40 mm wide Gilles Berthoud mudguards, 650b specific ones but I'm sure you could make other types fit. The fork has eyelets so that's where the stays and rack attach, the rear mudguard stays are attached to the QR via some things I got from my LBS. Can take pics for you but am away for new year's, back in a week or so. Let's see some pics of your project!
