Alocalboy has a fair ponit here. That frontal gusset has a different fairing at the top. I don't blame Pesenti for building these for the asian market demand. Colossi could be able to build them as well I think. Fake air tubing may also be a thing. If people pay 1k for a fake rolex, then there must be a market for fake lasers, even it being quite niche.

I don't think the front gusset looks that dramatically different from the other lasers. It probably has something to do with the angle from which the photo was taken and top tube dropping shadow at that region that makes it look awkward. This one looks pretty similar at first glance:
Also, the fact that these were hand-made, and every single one was probably made to order and specced differently, leaves a possibility that some minor details could have been manufactured differently. I Don't think that this detail alone could tell us if it's genuine or not. The clues are probably in some other parts of the frame as well.
This one looks pretty old and beat up, so it must have been made a long time ago, when these probably weren't that sought after. Also, one could wonder why would someone go that far to make a knockoff laser from air tubing, and then paint it pink.

Nobody's buying anything. This thing's not listed for sale. And there's certainly no reason for such a negative attitude.
I stumbled upon this bike on the internet and thought about sharing it, since it's certainly interesting, be it genuine or not, since probably not many people have ever seen a pink Cinelli Laser.
The person who has it in his workshop right now says it is genuine. It is in the USA and he says it has been ordered by someone from the USA many years ago and has been neglected for a long time. I presume someone (his friend, who owns it) brought it to his shop for check-up and assembly.
I have no way of telling if it's a fake or not, but I'm happy to hear other people's opinions on either possibility.
Cheers.

That's very well done. Almost like an Italian Gaston.

Hah that's mine, thanks Gaston!
This frame wasn't getting much use as a RGR build, so back to a road build and finally something these golden Shamals fit with (imo at least).
