I have ambitions but no money or time .. can the internet accept that I have basically painted it like this but without actually having to do it?

Replace the SON front light by a B+M Cyo T thingy, a hundred more pounds to devote to the paint and the light will be better. #magic

And what do you have against Son lights? I am fairly chuffed with my two Son Edelux 2

Ah yeah, supernova. Also works price-wise though I can't comment on the light themselves since I haven't used them.

The SON are not bad, just not great value compared to B+M. I haven't found the Edelux lit up the road any better than the Cyo, and it doesn't have any side visibility. (Another thing to note is that if the standlight capacitor is charged the SON will stay on if you turn the switch off, whereas the B+M shuts down completely.)

Spray or brush? Looks good.

Brush, first time i painted a frame, tbf it was prep’d, just sanded off surface rust, masked and painted.

I specialise in ugly bikes now .. obv @laner did it before me
