Is there a parts list buried somewhere in this thread? In particular rack, bag, rear light? Also was there a reason for the quill stem or is it just aesthetics?

How's the carradice attached to the nitto rack?

Have to says even the entry level Volare I used to have were surprisingly excellent despite made from a lower grade steel (abet still very good).

Probably just strapped to the integrated decaleur. Would be very interested if @amey has come up with a good way to strap it to the platform though.

Tokyo Fixed was a bike shop in Soho, after a few years the owner decided to chance the focus of the shop from bikes to more lifestyle clothes, closed the physical shop and renamed the brand to Kinoko. A few years after that they opened a new physical shop in Shoreditch which I think has now closed again.

Basically running an independent business is very difficult.
