That’s nice and added to my folder of inspiration for a practical year round cdf.
Is there a parts list buried somewhere in this thread? In particular rack, bag, rear light? Also was there a reason for the quill stem or is it just aesthetics?

Tokyo Fixed was a bike shop in Soho, after a few years the owner decided to chance the focus of the shop from bikes to more lifestyle clothes, closed the physical shop and renamed the brand to Kinoko. A few years after that they opened a new physical shop in Shoreditch which I think has now closed again.
