Looks like a fun bike tbh. I've had the idea to build a bike around a components a couple of times but never had the funds to actually build it.

of course .. stem will be at that height. I won't cut it, will just take it to a shop. I installed chain yesterday and rode around a bit with wrong fork crown race all I can say for now is that the brakes work well

Yeah but, y'know, the pads, dude? The calipers may be the same but they're facing in opposite directions.

ah yeah .. will check, I think the rear one might be wrong, I think its short side towards rotating direction.

I like the strategy of leaving it white.
