This is fucking horrible news, thoughts with all who knew him.

I didn't really follow Ultra Cycling and know of Mike before IPWR. However I've been sucked in following all the social media updates from the different riders and watching dots move on the tracker.
They've all been amazingly inspiring, and motivated me to make plans to ride out of my comfort zone for longer distances

Found it incredibly sad to hear Mike has passed away. RIP Mike.
Thoughts to family, friends, IPWR organisers and riders.

Shocking. An incredible cyclist but more importantly a wonderful human being.
