Keep pumping them, because the pistons are so small in Apex/Force etc calipers, sometimes road grit gets stuck and stops piston receding back in.

Its not actually an 'asssaver', rather a RAW flaps knock off, it is extremely useful for CX as the Romin saddle seems to be partially designed to give oen a colonic in wet condition. I'd recommend one in fact, but only for situations where a mudguard would get clogged.
