No paint please. Polish it all and put some 953 stickers on it. The less said the better. Under 8kg for this will be easy. Like the cableless look of the cielo.

@hoops you want the job? I trust you to fuck it up in the correct way.
I'm not sure if I trust myself to drill the steerer - what's the next best way to hide ya cables, hide ya boxes?
-

Display them proudly, although you could use the XTR front junction to really confuse people.
-
• #32
Yeah you could go with the RS910 bar end junction and run the wires through some bars with the holes already in them (or underneath the bar tape). Then use a PRO tharsis stem to hide the wires until you steerer. Make the wire go from the stem into your downtube and hide the b-junction in your downtube.
You'll see just a tiny wire from your stem to your downtube

Wow!

PRO have made a new stem for Di2 integration, but I think it's pretty new and not commonly available, don't really know what it does...

I think they have bars too. They deffo have an XTR di2 pre-drilled riser bar.
-
• #36
You're right, Forgot about those.
The RS910 bar end junction isn't available yet as well.. Last time I checked (week ago) they wouldn't ship before March...

Interested in this for my Di2, but integration does this stem include? Does the junction box go inside the stem or is there a slot where the box goes like the canyon handlebars?

its 10 deg 😯

Who cares about -10!! Finally they made a -17 in 1/4 FUCK YEAH!!!
-
• #41
I'm all for hiding cables and junction box away for aesthetics , but I've steered clear of it on my last few Di2 builds purely because it would make adjusting/charging/tuning a PITA.
Shifter down in OZ are doing some of the cleanest Di2 setups I've seen, and I think they have their own bar plug junction box solution 3D printed (or maybe that's Skunkworks?)
-
• #42
You're talking about skunkworks! They 3D print a barplug in which you can mount the internals of normal A-junction. Pretty slick.
-
• #43
they also offer a 17 degree version, just click "show more"
-
• #44
You're right, it is skunkworks. But Shifter are still knocking out the cleanest set ups I've seen on the web in my opinion, so who knows what they are using as a solution!

I have one of these (one year prior model). eTap! eTap! eTap! mostly just so I can copy
-
• #46
Please do not paint this. It's not stock anyway, it's team edition.
-
• #47
I would leave the paint as it is and spend the money in fancy components
-
• #48
Paint it. It looks fucking cack.
-
• #49
And 4 of you in the office bought one.

That's 2%
No ulterior motive here, no sirreee!
