Austerity. Refreshes your breath, naturally.

You seem to be misunderstanding the same as Goldsword - that the response in this thread is because we disagree with the information they give. Mostly it's not that. A little.
What is your problem with the NHS?
The government have no plans as far as I'm aware to "take away" or "sell" the NHS.But I way disagree with that. You think there's no problem?

Are you a journalist?
its not good news but unless you have an alternative then what are you protesting for?
I'm not sure what you have to disagree with. Maybe you'd like to elaborate.
My only point is that Goldsworld seems to think the NHS is going to be stopped or sold. When in actual fact its at around 5% privatised which also simply means NHS patients being treated privately and paid for by the NHS. I never gave an opinion or something to disagree with other than me saying its not good so I'm confused at what your point is. -

Why would you think I'm a journalist?
The NHS is being deliberately fucked over by the government which includes people who have every intention of seeing it privatised beyond recognition. It's not just a little bit to ease the load. It's not somehow inevitable or acceptable that the NHS is at its limit and that it's underfunded. It's not as simple as throwing money at it, no, but that would help. It needs resourcing, planning and supporting in addition to funding. Things the government should be doing. But aren't. As a deliberate strategy to weaken it. I don't have a massive problem with that idea being reduced to the government planning to "take away" the NHS.
Not only is it generally a bit shit to say you can only complain or protest if you have a better solution, but in this case we don't need an alternative to the NHS. The problem is with the government's handling of the NHS.
I don't agree with the protest at all, but I do agree with some of the reasons.

I don't get what the government get out of "taking away the nhs". How do they gain by doing this?
Also where are the facts and figures in all this?

They get to give the contracts to their mates then later become non exec directors of the companies.

give contracts to their mates...
really?

horses
It is a lot easier to see what is going on in a crowd when you are above everyone else (this is why Police use helicopters too - horses are a lot cheaper to run though!) The Police Horse essentially acts as a mobile platform, allowing the police to survey the crowd and move around easily to get a closer look at what is going on whilst still being able to talk to people in the crowds.
Also, they are large, fast, exceptionally well trained and have metal plated hooves. -

And they also have sensitive sides too...the police are becoming more tolerant and letting all kinds into the ranks these days

Are you at all familiar with conservative ideology and what that means for state institutions?
Regardless of ideology ... here's a Unison report from 2014 stating financial links:
http://www.unitetheunion.org/uploaded/documents/FINAL%20MP%20Dossier%2028%20Nov%201411-20887.pdf
None of this is proven corruption, that would be foolish. But there is a conflict of interest if you hope for a resilient NHS for years to come, or I guess a convergence of interest if you're and MP who wants a hollow state, a seat in the house of lords and fat investment portfolio.

By the way if anyone has seen the recent film "I Daniel Blake" they will realise just how evil and heartless the Tories are towards the poor in this country! See this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahWgxw9E_h4
The Tories persistently demonise benefits claimants as scroungers and underserving work shy layabouts. But that is only a tiny minority of claimants. The film "I Daniel Blake" is very long over due and should have come out several years ago!
No you're an Actimel.....etc.....
