I like it.

Has to be said, Shimano do make nice kit.

This is not going to be light

Only issue is with the rotor lockrings - I can't see how any tool is going to be able to tighten these with the 15mm adaptor in place. You can take the adaptor out... but then you can't put it back in with the lockring in place. Whuut.

I need one of these:

Black>silver too

Funny that. The new Hollowgram wheels have the exact same issue. Out of the box.

Also, people might think you have fancy DT hubs on your Winter trainer.

Assume you can't pull the axle adpator out, mount up the disc, then push the adapter back in?
If not, negative shim time.

• #112
Nope. Turns out you need specific 15mm lockrings, found some for a fiver each so it's not too awful.

Wow such flare, many sweep

• #114
What bars are those? I'm looking for some drops on the wider side with some flare for the touring tandem and those look nice.

Ritchey Comp EvoMax... 40cm cos aero but they're available wider.

Those are tasty

That's better:

Bit of a mishmash at the moment, but I think (hope) it will come together with silver mudguards + rack and matching tape/flaps.
It's a bit of a beast. Those Shimano hydro STIs aren't light.

No, not quite. Definitely red.

Grey/silver cranks work surprisingly well. Bike looks good.

• #124
Needs tan walled Compass tyres!!
I joke, looks really good. Solid winter commuter that!!

Deeeeecent
That's just a placeholder that came with the frame.
Reach is 405, exactly the same as my road bike (with a 130mm stem) but will come down to 120mm, maybe 110 to accommodate a less aggressive position and yeah, the lengthy shifters.
32mm more stack lol
