I would say 2020 might be too early. 2024 I reckon.

But that statement. I second that wow. Personally I wouldn't be comfortable backing kavanaugh after that. (Not that I would before, anyone rump backs is an instant biased dislike for me which is possibly unfair but not obviously flawed on evidence so far)
