Here's an account of a visit to a school in a different time. There is a contrast.

That is a powerful account.
I see Trump's just blamed the FBI's investigating him / Russia on them being too busy to deal with the report on the shooter.
FFS, using this as a chance to score points. What a contrast. -

There are 35,000 people in the FBI. How many of them are busy with the Russia Investigation?
25? 50? 100?

Doesn't matter, stupid people will eat that shit up...

Very sad that the FBI missed all of the many signals sent out by the Florida school shooter. This is not acceptable. They are spending too much time trying to prove Russian collusion with the Trump campaign - there is no collusion. Get back to the basics and make us all proud!

So the solution to mass shootings in schools is to arm the teachers.
“This would be obviously only for people who were very adept at handling a gun, and it would be, it's called concealed carry, where a teacher would have a concealed gun on them. They'd go for special training and they would be there and you would no longer have a gun-free zone," Trump said. "Gun-free zone to a maniac -- because they're all cowards -- a gun-free zone is 'let's go in and let's attack because bullets aren't coming back at us.' "

Nothing to bite, it's an honest question. Just googled it so understand a bit more about it now, 15 minutes ago I just took it for what it was.
I guess it's a question of relevance in modern society? I'd love to read more about it and get a better understanding of it in case you want to point me in a direction
Apols for thread derail, as you were

I've read that it more broadly favours the type of "intelligence" to do with abstract reasoning that you get from living with technology and having jobs that require quantitative analysis rather than physical labour and interaction with the natural environment, hence favouring more technologically advanced societies. I don't know whether there's empirical evidence that this has been used for nefarious discriminatory ends but I guess that's the implication.
"co-conspirators" not included in the indictment.
