Another shitty thing Trump has done. It's not like you can't find water at these National Parks. Refill stations are readily available and they sell reusable water bottles if you really can't be arsed to bring your own bottle with you.

And pretty bad for the constitution as a whole, in that it gives the executive arm precedence over the judicial.

It's ironic that so much of Trump's support base is so vocal on being supportive of the constitution, but so blind as to when the constitution is being entirely subverted.
