I'd say one would be a persistent pattern of behaviour following her earlier reprimand, i.e. attending another dubious protest while still on active duty, prior to actually leaving the military, probably effectively ignoring the reprimand. I can't see that going down too well in the army.

I have a question about impeachment: Can he still be impeached after he has left office if the process has started before he left? I.e. be blocked from running again in effect, as well as losing pension etc? Or does it have to happen only to a sitting president?

Yes he can. He has been impeached, like he was last time. He just hasn't been convicted - that's what the Senate vote is. It's not going to happen till after the inauguration, probably not for a few months.
