I don't know, but his name indicates that he's a bit shonky.

No, he'll be a former President on 20/01 whether he likes it or not, so could be pardoned by Biden at that point. I tend to agree with whoever said a few pages back that Trump won't physically hang around in the White House until being thrown out, as he doesn't do face-to-face personal confrontation, and even he will realise that the security staff won't be on his side at that point. I would bet on him leaving quietly the day before and playing golf instead of attending the Biden inauguration.
[Edit: I was interested to find that the inauguration platform had already started construction work a week ago]

Although I would bet even more money that there are already several outline screenplays for a 'What if he hadn't left' movie being pitched to Netflix/Amazon etc. Probably titled Inauguration Day.

Shaun King flat out refuted those claims as far as I'm aware

There are more than a few examples online of people who bet on Trump to win writing to bookies and trying to argue that Trump in fact did win. Some of them go as far as accusing William Hill and Ladbrokes of being part of the "Soros Cabal".
Props to William Hill who have said that despite seeing no evidence that Trump has won the election they are perfectly prepared to pay out on Trump bets if at any point it is ruled that he did actually win the election.

Which would seem to include both state and federal, but not for anything he might have done before he was President - although not relevant in his case.
Might've been more relevant if Pat Nixon ever reported him for using her as a punchbag, but unfortunately not.

Breitbart’s report, authored by the British Gamergate activist Milo Yiannopoulos, suggests that King has repeatedly lied about his race

Corey Lewandowski who was the other guy organising the lawsuits with David Bossie, also COVID positive. All these people were at the Trump election night event aka superspreader 2.0

This article kinda put me at ease... Headlines are obviously very salacious at the moment but when you get into the details of the new Pentagon appointees, they ain’t quite as “burn it all down” as one would think.

I’m really hoping that this whole fucking thing will just go down as a test for America’s democracy as a whole and that on the other side, the consensus will be it works.
It’s also important to remind one’s-self that DT is a reality tv, corrupt 80’s power guy and that flooding the room with anxiety and uncertainty is just his M.O.
I need to take a time out from the news.

so a typical trump business
Genuinely this, it’s his formula down to a T.
Use his brand and reputation as a rich man to gain support for an ambitious high-profile venture that doesn’t really have a concrete business plan. Bribe or ‘persuade’ watchdogs to look the other way. Lie lie lie to stakeholders, play around on the company dime, and rip off literally everyone he can while the project is ‘ongoing’.
And when it all goes tits up, liberally apply lawsuits, deny any responsibility, and file for bankruptcy once he’s shifted his assets and his creditors come calling.

Bloomberg has an article saying that he will delay as long as possible because of the criminal investigations on the other side of his presidency that await him
Not new news, but interesting.
This thread has been particularly insightful, much more nuanced than the media views.
my thoughts are that Republicans are standing behind him (or entertaining his tantrums) so as not to alienate the extra 5 million voters hes gathered.
Its insane to think that hes GAINED 5 million voters. -

Yeah, but not quite the same as adding 5 mill supporters - both sides got out a load of people who wouldn't have voted previously.

More to lose. People can see their votes will make a difference for a change.
