I lived there for 2 years (berlin to be precise) and i used mostly google translate and it seemed to be ok, well enough to buy stuff. And if they didnt seem to understand i just let it go. It is after all a private ads site for germany so they arent always keen on shipping.
You could always try and contact a german bike shop ? They might take commission but could help you out. -

The later sancineto bikes had a variety of different sticker styles. And not all of them are super nice and detailed frames.
