  • Storage on point. Looking forward to see it loaded.

  • Sweet ride man.

  • Mmm yes!

  • Thanks homies^

Super rad trip, more pics to come.

Here it is fully loaded. Extremely happy with this setup. Feels super rugged, even with all the bulky winter gear and lots of water.

  • that looks proper. What saddlebag setup are you running? (sorry if you posted it already)

  • Awesome let me know what the bindle is like! Also do you think you'll need another strap on the down tube bottle?

  • @slothy @spotter

PDW Bindle rack is the shit. You can toss anything in there, strap it down real good, and do all the bike maneuvering you want with no sway or instability. In my case i had a 20L drybag with my sleeping bag, with a kryptonite U lock and wire underneath. The rack itself weighs just as little as other bike packing seat harnesses. Cant recommend it enough!

As for the down tube bottle, do you mean the 1,5L nalgene on the bottom or the normal bottle on top? Right not its 3 King Cage universal supports holding the Velo Orange bottle cage on the bottom, where the top two are holding the normal alu bottle cage on top. All of which i felt was sufficient.

  • For folks who want to read a lot of words and look at a lot of pictures from a cold bike camping trip in Sweden last week, you can click here :)

  • nice trip! great pics

that thing about putting wet wool socks on your shoulders under your baselayer..neat...

  • Thanks a bunch @platypus

  • I wrote more words and posted more pictures of my bike on my site - http://stridsland.com/portfolio/titanium-adventure-bike/

  • Do you find the feedbag behind the stem 'rolls' off the top tube? Or does the inner tube stop that?

  • Yes, it did seem to lean off to the side quite often. Always the same side too, so maybe it has something to do with the direction of the velcro strap under the top tube. The inner tube was to level out the protruding cable stops.

It would also help to get the strap around the steerer a notch higher up in the daisy chain. The bolts on the stem get in the way, but that wont be a problem on my new hulsroy stem <3

  • Anton and I went bike camping in Sweden back in the middle of March, and believe it or not, here’s yet another post about it.. I usually stick to photography, but after getting a relatively new smartphone, I thought I’d film some stuff along the way to have a big pile of uncut clips to look back on. I guess I ended up making a little edit afterall.
