Update :

The wheels for the Somec are almost finished. I found some NOS Campagnolo Hardox Omega rims and a NOS Regina America 1992 freewheel. Going to get them laced with SAPIM doublebutted spokes and topped off with Vittoria Open Corsa CX gumwall tires.

meh. Looks like the fork is turned slightly to the right (from the Drivers Position). If anything, doesn't that mean that it should be skewed to the left when looking at the Frame from the head-on perspective?

Dont really understand what you are saying? The frame is completly straight. I took the picture at 24mm focal length and not head on so that's why it looks crooked

Fork is fine. You can see it's just slightly turned on the table.
