It's not from about 1988, it is from 1988 :)

The paint job though was done by C&G Finishes in Liverpool between February 2009 and May 2010, I can't find the exact date. It got ridden a lot though after that.

This is a former team frame used in the velodrome in Manchester. When I first got it (before I had it resprayed) it still had the C&G Finishes logo on it as they sponsored the team.

I got it resprayed because the tatty paint did not befit such a nice frame so I totally think you should get it done.

If you like the 'awesome' 531 sticker I've actually got a few Dwayne gave me so let me know if you want one. I had C&G put it under the clearcoat.

I would love a 531 sticker please, I plan to have a repro Neil Orrell sticker like that one put on too, it's so cool, it has to stay.

I believe Orrell is still making frames, might be worth contacting him about getting a set of decals?

This is still ticking along, it's my birthday this Saturday so that should provide some more funds for parts. Paint isn't happening until August so there isn't going to be an end until then anyway.
