What's the record for most protracted CP thread? Am I in with a chance?

Cranks fitted. Should have heeded the horror stories about Middleburn QC. NDS taper off centre to a degree that I can't fit the self-extracting cap. Then again, it could just be the threads need chasing, is there even a tool for this? Like a short/blunt tap?
Anyway, MTB chainline + 150mm chainline [woot]

Couldn't resist bolting on as many parts as possible. Girlfriend is away so front room is a bike workshop for the weekend!
MTB'd the Saracen too, needs new chairing and FD. I appear to own quite similar MTBs, whoops. Genesis is noticeably lighter though.

It's done!
Slowest build ever?
Had to do the arm mod thing to the Hy/rds to get a decent lever throw. Discovered in the process that there's a bloke in the US making retrofit short pull arms. Might get a set eventually if I stick with these.

Scoble go home
Good looking build though. Cranks are baller.

Dirt drops, so they'll be staying high (though maybe a little less) as the primary position is in the hooks. I found this natty little headset lockring from problem solvers so I can play with bar height when I'm on the trails.
Planning to take it up to Dartmoor tomorrow for a shakedown.
Ah never did in the end. Found an LX model in dark silver anodised with centre lock. The one up there got gutted for parts.
