Try this

1. Find album cover image on Google
   
2. Press power and vol down to take screenshot
   
3. Click Pencil icon to enter edit
   
4. Drag handles to crop screenshot & click Save
   
5. In lfgss reply / comment click 'upload a file'
   
6. Browse for your screenshot (probably select 'Files' and shoukd be first one in the list
   
   

That's on a pixel 4a. You may need to adjust for your phone.

Ta. When I crop it, it goes blurry though?

That works 👍. I know it so will let others have a pop. Did you get the CD blister pack version?

To get less blurry you can long press the album image to download it.

Then open it from Photos app.

Select Downloads in the ribbon to find the photo and use Edit to crop and save.
