For breakfast on Saturday I had croissants with applewood smoked cheddar and hell jam inside, warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese and jam. Fucking delicious.

We have goats cheese in the fridge ... :)

Made my own spicy pasta sauce for lunch. One whole dried habanero. Right at the limits of my comfort zone :-|

Glad I started the chillis in a heated incubator this year!

Caz's Hell Jam is lovely. Not nearly as hot as I expected and very well judged, great flavour and texture. I'm glad I got two jars right away. One's already half gone, even though we only managed to organise the handover on Thursday. Highly recommended. Dragons' Den next? :)
