For breakfast on Saturday I had croissants with applewood smoked cheddar and hell jam inside, warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese and jam. Fucking delicious.

Caz's Hell Jam is lovely. Not nearly as hot as I expected and very well judged, great flavour and texture. I'm glad I got two jars right away. One's already half gone, even though we only managed to organise the handover on Thursday. Highly recommended. Dragons' Den next? :)
