Is that a single speed frame? Or would it have to be converted?...

I had one of these frames and it was brilliant.

It has vertical dropouts with spacing for road rear wheel with cassette and freewheel, so not designed for use as a track bike with track wheelset, although stranger things have happened than popping a chain tensioner on a road bike and using it single speed!
Would probably advise against fixed though.......
