Quick update.

I have contacted Fifth Column for a quote (thanks gios78 & pjay).

It looks very likely I will go with them, so this will happen very soon.

I will update everyone with prices when they get back to me, and will keep the list open 'till it goes to print, so still time to join in.

Nice idea... price, design etc?

Thanks to pjay, I now have a design.

It uses the 'we like lists' quote on the front, in the form of a list, thus negating the need to actually have a list on the back.

On the back, it has the full quote, attributed to Umberto Eco.

Feel free to comment, but please bear in mind:

1) I am very grateful to pjay for taking the time to do this
2) I want to get this done, not spend ages prevaricating
3) I quite like it

As far as cost is concerned, Fifth Column haven't got back to me yet, but going by their web site it shouldn't be much, especially as I will cover the set up costs.

Here is the design:

Lucerne should have two entries in the list. Just saying.

Comments on the list will only be accepted from people on the list ;)

I'm not sure I like the addition of the punctuation and the list. It seems a bit overwrought for an otherwise quite simple/profound statement. I think it also loses something by cutting out the preceding sentences (but obviously as I'm not on the list at this point, feel free to move on)

Also more prosaically, I think it should be attributed, as it is meant as a memorial of sorts.

The full quote, on the back, is attributed.

At first I wasn't sure about the addition of the colon, but it references the way we make lists, and make the T Shirt more of a 'designed' thing, rather than just a copied quote.
