  • I can't wait to see this one

  • theres a better shot of the dropouts on instagram. https://www.instagram.com/p/ButPPsBgDfl/

  • I'm reposting this too:

That edge (if that makes sense) that you add to the end of the stays is superb.

  • yeah its something that I've done on a few frames, Im always trying to add subtle details where I can. the bridges are another area that I like to do something different Haiku 1o(the white one)has 10mm square bridges and the new frame has them machined from round bar.

  • Daughters' bike is done. Finished with spray.bike paint which I found pretty decent. It's Keirin gold flake over Plumstead for those interested.

  • That is one elegant bicycle!

  • If it fits, I would suggest 650b over c. Tyre options are only going to get fewer for 650c which is pretty much dead whereas you can get 650b tyres in normal road width ie 25c

  • Also - I'm here for the hand built bikes for kids!

  • I had the wheels already which is why I went with 650c. I've seen some 28c Pasela tyres but unsure whether they will fit the fork I have as it is quite short.

  • 650c. I've seen some 28c Pasela tyres

Mine came up relatively small compared to my 28c Pasela's on wide 700c rims. I guess it's proportional to the rim diameter.

  • That is wonderful.

  • Spray.bike Paint went Ok

  • Finished the paint with some metal flake lacquer again from spray.bike which came out great the photos dont really do the flake justice. The 28c tyres fit the fork which I was quite amazed by.
