Cold beef, like you would get sliced in a sandwich. Just the thought of it sets my teeth on edge like nails on a blackboard.
When I was a kid I hated the thought of touching jewellery or buttons. When I was about 10 my mum asked me to pass her her pearl necklace and I refused. She got really shitty with me and I couldn’t confess what the problem was.
I can cope with doing up a shirt now but would feel revolted to put my hand in a bag of buttons, for example. -

I watched, briefly, a randomly selected video on YouTube about oubliettes.
I had to turn it off as it very nearly gave me a panic attack.
Even writing about it now is raising my heart rate. -

So, after a bit of a traumatic event, I fear loud banging sounds.
Now often when I'm around balloons I get really anxious. Especially when someone is handling them and they're squeaking in their fingers. -

Anyone else get that?
Yes, also with rocks with holes in.
I've watched Princess Mononoke & Nausica with my daughter today, both through my fingers to avoid all the disturbing shapes.
I’ve felt admittedly mild but distinct trypanophobia, sometimes with the oddest things. That frog with it young coming out of holes in its back is understandably pretty gross, but I once walked past a smooth rock on the beach with a hole in the middle and I was revolted. Anyone else get that?
Offending rock below.
