I think I'll get some for a cheap wheel set for my CX bike to make it a 'fast all road bike' with the WTB Horizons i'll have spare from my Genesis. Just need some hubs, any recommendation for a cheaper sealed bearing set? 15mm front qr rear?

Yes, nearly there. It's been a real labour of love. I got the frame two years ago from Boulder Cycles in the US, however, relocating twice and the birth of my son meant a very slow build whilst begging, borrowing and waiting for super deals on parts. Hence the slightly high gearing as the groupset was err borrowed of the girlfriends audax bike....
