Hunting for a black chainring. Cranks arrived at work, will get them tomorrow.

Apologies for the non-pretty hoods, I want to sit out of the wind on this route & I don't use drops unless I'm near the brake cos...Tektro ones ain't pretty, any pretty brake hood suggestions for small fingers welcome.

Here's a mockup, stem is ITM Eclype, seatpost will be replaced with a Nitto S65 in Silver cos that one is ugly on this build.

Selle SMP: They shape them like that as hipbones aren't round. The droopy nose is for riding out of the saddle/not catching your shorts. Not lookers for sure...then, neither is the bodypart you refer to :P

I've another model that goes on btw, it's not quite as ugly...

I have a 49t black BLB/Andel chainring you can have if you like.

Ballix, star nut won't come out & front brake drop is too short (all city forks have massive clearance)

Good news though...means more black parts as I think silver front brake doesn't look that great leading to more bumblebee points :)

May got for black seatpost / stem too need to throw it together, decide colours and then spend ;)

Option 2: Clashy bumblee potatochop

Also an option, black S65 (they come in 27mm though harder to find) and black SG75, black brake/levers...

What are the chances of the frame exactly matching the powder coated yellow of the Alter?

and for stems i can vouch for syntace 26.0mm ones. you need a shim for 1" but theyre sleek and nice
