Ha, nah its fine, I know the wheels are nowt special but they were an upgrade from my Alex and I didn't have anymore to splash out.
I'd buy a Condor (with normal dropouts that I like) but @amey would carry on bullying.

You switch it off to take the wheel out. Otherwise always on.

Turn it off at night in case the bike explodes while you sleep.

Leave mine off all the time, I just opened it up and tweaked the spring so it’s stiff enough with it off, even on the lightest setting when it’s on my shifting is poo.
