Do they measure on rim at 43?

I measured another pair before getting mine, they were exactly 43 mm.

In an update. If your mudguard pops out of the river on the fork,you can go to Edwards and they'll pop out the stripped one and put a new one in.

I’d buy a straggler over an arkose, but I cannot fathom spending that kind of cash tbh.

My good friend has a straggler, I lust over it every ride. But I wouldn’t lose my transition for it.

Yep, had one since basically the week it was released. Love it, though not really using it as a gravel bike (got 32mm 4 seasons on but has clearance for much bigger). My two gripes: the mechanics in Decathlon hadn't set the front derailleur up properly, and the stock wheels are absolute bastards to get tyres off of and on to. As such I have upgraded to some Hunts. I am now struggling to work out when I will ever ride my "good" bike. It's incredibly comfy.

Riding a bike with 32mm tyres and mudguards has that affect... Why would you ever want that uncomfort again?

Get a flap for the front though!

The Triban looks great but the geo is a bit long for me - wonder when the RC520 Gravel will drop, must be soon.

Also has anyone got their hands on the Ribble GCR Al/Ti/725/SL? Getting an itch to order the SL but am between sizes, may have to get a train up to the Birmingham store.

Just got another email from Ribble mentioning further delay due to non-availability of the hydro shifter. So delivery now estimated at Jan 23rd or so (my guess).

Just had a look at their FB page, having a bit of a mare, maybe they've sold waaay more than expected. Still, hopefully worth the wait!

Just rode one of these. Absolutely lovely ride with the 853 and 650b tires. Shame the fork doesn't come with rack mounts (Bore.jpeg)
