That's about as Gravel as my track bike.
Very nice though, I'd like to see some close-ups of the frame

These must be the standard ones and not the special edition yellow versions

Yellow IKEA bags are the holy grail. Super rare because you are only allowed them for carrying around your wares during the shopping trip. You must relinquish your grip on the yellow IKEA bag at the till in exchange for a blue one that you can take home with you.
I want a yellow one -

I think that you used to be able buy the yellow ones for a short while, but maybe that was only here in the mother country.

Instead of a 140 mm rise stem they have a 20 mm stem and tons of spacer stack.
Otherwise. Same same. (Plus disc brakes obvs)

"tyre pressure fit" coming to your LBS

I follow the guy who owns that on Instagram. He gets a new money no object custom bike every month, it's sickening.
The stem spacers on this to achieve integrated cabling are hideous though.

What would be the best way of upgrading an alloy cantilever CX frame for maximum performance, relative to price?
Option 1: Vintage Dura-ace 7970 10 speed Di2 and some Avid Shorty Ultimate cantis
Option 2: SRAM Red AXS drivetrain with Magura HS33 brakes
Option 3: Bar ends and carbon wheelsThe answer will need to take into account parts availability, down shifting speed, price and comfort.

Have you already got the di2 set? That RD is also called "hens teeth" as they tend to break, and unless you can find another one, the whole set is useless because it isnt compatible with other di2 generations. Some used ones went on ebay £400+ (edit: just checked, lately a few went for around £100 so I guess demand is gone)
If you havent already got it, I wouldnt buy into that generation of di2.

Mini-v on the front
Inversnaid>towards Aberfoyle at the T junction and onto the forest tracks at this junction better than going round Loch Katrine surely?
TBH though, neither the road climb from Inversnaid nor the off road version from Cailness is something I'd willingly undertake given pretty much any other option!
