Arkose arrived! That was quick, only ordered it 4 days ago. Beats waiting 2+ months for eTap, I reckon.

Yeah I think the brother fork might be the way to go. the integrated crown race on the Ragley looks like it goes to cause problems, which is disappointing as other than fender mounts the brother forks they look exactly the same, bet they come from the same factory but the brother fork is £100 more expensive.

The Brother fork is this with a Brother logo on it. Pretty shameful margin they've got on it.

Engima have a couple of forks for sub-enve (but still up there) prices. I'm using the one without side bolts.
300mm steerer length, AC 399mm, 50mm offset

Try to buy a single unit and the prices will be closer than you think

Like @cozey says - enjoy!

I was quoted $135 shipped a while ago.

I think including taxes, and not including getting it branded or taking on warranty, that's about £100 markup.
I wouldn't say that's shameful, especially for the bike trade

Oh I’m not at all saying they should be charging less. Just that they can be had a lot cheaper if you send a couple of emails yourself.

I get you. I hate emails

Thanks just looked at these.
Interestingly, I found these on eBay. Apparently bought for a small frame builder in Worthing, I assume that must be engima right. fork looks very similar but with a 395 A2C, but for £180
I think I might go for this and add a bigger tire up front

Looks like an ADK fork (AKF071) with added eyelets to me...

Sonder? don't know, I been to their shop in Hathersage and they look like very decent bike, a good alternative to Genesis that's for sure.
I like that their display bike is covered in mud.
The Camino is a great choice for a strudy gravel bike and their customer service are decent.

Can you direct me to forum approved that will run with STIs? Definitely up for putting something on the back wheel that is more than decoration_
Shimano mini v (cheapest one) and compressionless housing to give that sharp smooth hydraulic feel.
Don't go tektro mini v, the arm flex noticably giving a spongy feel.

Hacked a phone holder from my Garmin mount - the "steady video" option of my phone is surprisingly good!

Me too, I've had the QR version on my TCX for about 3yrs now. Had a sleeping bag on one leg and a tent on the other during a 7-day road tour in Ireland. Other than speed wobble, no negative comments.
Only issue I had was that an external lockring has very minimal clearance to the fork leg, but technically they're not receommended for QR axles anyway so no biggie.
