You don't understand. Installing drop bars and removing the suspension is what creates the totally new genre.

Put on some Byway in 44c and felt surprisingly fast.

ah! clever from Trek, the mix and match of AXS ecosystem is quite good

Mullet AXS doesn't require a flattop chain. 10-50 Eagle cassette from their MTB range uses standard 12 speed

Anyone tried the flat top chain on 11 speed yet?
We know manufacturer "compatibility" isn't always true and it looks kinda cool

The flattop chain is the worst part of those groupsets (haven't tried their front mechs however) so wouldn't bother.

The spacing is really that obvious, it feel like the chain is way past 0.75 worn, it will come off almost straight away.
