Great, as long as you stay twinkle toe footed when carrying..the cleats don't like anything on them! I was all set to go ahead and get some old school frogs but speedplay seem to have been through the wahoo buy out and a few dodgy products to prices for the old stuff seems nuts! Its been 8 years since I bought my last pair so maybe I'm out of touch. My knees love them although not a chance they will be on for the winter given the clear needs to stay clean!
