As full bikes they were a bit lardy. As frames, I regret not buying one. Surprisingly light and well thought out. According to Speshy UK, they sold terribly worldwide.

Not sure where this bike belongs anymore.
Anti porn perhaps?

In the US they only sold well in a few cities, Boston, SF, Seattle etc.

Polished guards would make this even better.

Meh, don’t disagree but I reckon metal guards (Said steel a second ago ya ninja) are a bit shit in the real world.

Functional enough ?

• #10934
Don't be ridiculous, needs a front rack at the very least.

Yeah, been there done that, prefer the carradice (it’s massive) and the carbon fork than the rack/basket/boat anchor fork. Almost 3kg lighter, makes a difference.

Too functional for the randonee wankfest that is the functional thread

Why?

Plastic/chromoplastics tend to bend and twist (When they get branches stuck in them/caught on shoes/knocked when locking up etc) then return to shape. Metal don’t. Can’t disagree they look good though.

What's with the mudguard chat in the gravel biek thread? Be gone with you.
-
• #10945
I love the look of metal guards but SKS guards are just so cheap in comparison. With metal guards I feel like you'd always be babying them and worrying about them .

Thanks @BareNecessities.

We all know most gravel bikes are actually just "the commuter" anyway!

I’m kidding. Trying to keep threads on topic in this place is impossible.
