I think a serotta-stitched Flite saddle and an inability to correctly use the reply function is more likely :)

As always, apologies for the terrible phone pic (and in this case for the awful shifter cabling), but this one is mine.

Potentially interesting story related to this colorway: apparently these were the rental bikes at Trexlertown velodrome in Pennsylvania, and when they replaced them with the (very boring) Fuji Track Pros they rent currently, they sold the 'Rottas off all at once at a swap meet for ultra cheap (like $400 complete or something crazy), and people were just nabbing up like 10 at a time knowing they were gonna balloon insanely in value.
