Probably being sick on himself somewhere where it's still really hot and sunny

40 degrees to pissing rain and hailstones must have felt horrible but disappointed to not see any teams even challenging Sky. Dan Martin had a good dig but Porte just looked like he was an outsourced domestique

Nah would have been a relief!
Apart from the trip back down which would be horrible

I wish he'd tried it with George 'bouncer' Bennett.
Totally knocked Majka off his stride, I wonder if he'd have beaten Rui Costa and got the polka dots if it wasn't for him...

Yeah that's what GT said.
And then repeated when an interviewer asked him the question he'd literally just answered.

i dunno, hot sweaty skin to freezing cold wet skin would give me mad itchy prickles. I don't know the scientific name but seems to be something that happens when passing from one extreme to another, like your skin is a bit shocked so just starts to itch like fuck. That's what I was thinking anyway.

30 minutes back, and no.

How does this affect Contador financially?
Can't imagine S-T to be a very understanding employer. -
• #786
Isn't Tinkoff getting out of cycling at the end of the season? Don't see how you can penalise an injured rider for not finishing-it's not like he's climbed off for no reason.
A lot of implied chat from the french commentators about Contador not wanting to ride for Tinkoff being one of the reasons he's said he's retiring, but probably won't.

It must be pretty upsetting/angering for a rider to hit someone and then spend the rest of the stage thinking about it, kind of doubles the offence of getting in their way in the first place.
Reminded me of that asshole spectator in the Giro a few years ago who tried to give a rider in the break a helpful push and just shoved him off, ending his chances. A quick google and it was Bongiorno on the Zoncolan.... http://www.cyclingweekly.co.uk/news/racing/giro-ditalia/zoncolan-idiot-ruins-francesco-bongiornos-chance-giro-ditalia-124899

Well played by Dumoulin, held back and saved his energy until the final 10k, took 55 sec in a short time and held on. Chapeau for winning a stage in every grand tour

Maybe that's his kink? Collared and dragged behind the broom wagon.

Yeah that's the cunt! Grade A douchebag behaviour.

Top of GC now reads GBR/GBR/IRE. Not bad.

British Isles so popular in France right now

wonder if he's still lying down, not seen him get up before the other riders passed/the director cut to another shot

Be nice to see Quimtana stick it to Froome, see what he's got.
Also Carltons 'in the house' patter is beginning to rip my knitting out. Im calling him out as a cunt. I've perceviered long enough I want David Millar as the commentator on Eurosport.
Also, just because;

Still feels odd that Froome is messing about with the likes of Martin and Yates. Where are the 'super-human' attacks we are used to early in the tour? Maybe he is targeting coming to peak form in the third week?
-
• #799
I think Quintana is biding his time. He's spent a lot of time sitting behind Froome not doing a lot of work and just gently responding to the attacks. His domestiques seem to drop off on the hills - but have they really, or are they too just taking it easier and waiting for next week or the week after?

I think the pharmaceutical crackdown has taken care of the Super human Attack.
Levelplayingfield
Wee Colombian clearly biding his time but he has a habit of leaving it too late, he needs to show his hand and call the big man out imo.
anyone see the guy in the green gimp suit that almost took Majka down?
The tour needs to employ some heavies to track these people down and make examples of them by trailing them along behind the next day's caravan...
