Thanks! It has been through a number of versions in the last 3 years (this might be iteration no 5?!) but I really like it. With a few tweaks its going to be the perfect nice day beer and pizza cruiser, and hopefully the occasional 100 mile gravel racer.

Cobbled together my new daily driver. Much less impractical than its predecessors, and still makes me grin like a Cheshire

What max tyre size have people been successful with at 650b?

Buddy has the mint one, no changes I think, 700x45, think he had a 650x2.1 at one point

I thought the dimple in the chainstay didn't line up with the tyre whilst using 650b, giving 700c better clearance. I had the same one as you, and could just squeeze 700x2.0 in there. 650bx47c fit well too.

Get Winston to fit a yolk - it was always my plan, and I still wish I'd kept that frame and stuck with it.

I’m after some long hall trucker forks (700c) or maybe even cross check forks if they have the crown rack mounts.

Anyone got success in removing the canti studs from a Crosscheck?

Had to cannibalise a couple of bikes but got this rolling. Would be better with a shorter stem + layback post. Was undecided on big slicks+guards or a set of 2.6" Mezcals, hence the half-finished mudguards.
