On the other hand, some of The reviews are hilarious and you're right about caring about his staff. The person on the bike may have even been one of them for all he knew.

That is exactly how I see it. It's pretty standard in contracts for people to have "and anything that will bring the company into disrepute" and if it was an employee they would be out of a job as soon as or even before it went viral. Why people would feel you get an untouchable status for being someones boss I have no idea.

I like to read that first line in a cockney accent. "Say what yer like abaaht me but leave me drugs aaht of it."

Also at no point does he deny taking drugs or being a total bellend. He just says he 'will not have' comments about drug taking etc. and that there are some loyal and amazing people around him. But this is the internet, so I think he will have quaite a lot of that.
