If his business suffers then it's his fault, as I said. It's nobody else's fault if his tantrum damages his business.

Total and utter wanker! Us cyclists will always have to contend with c***s like this, if I had my way I'd string him up by his bollocks and after I'd petrol bomb his café, with him inside it, he's also got a very small cock, cos he drives such a big car!!!

see, i don't think that would help our cause
just riding tonight into bromley's befamed bromley a driver practicaly ran me into the curb, although there are cyclist paths, I feel more comfortable on road
I pulled along side the driver, an old chap, and asked if he was aware he nearly ran me into the curb, he refused to comunicate and shut his window
i then rode in front and took "command" position and snails pace to see if he would communicate then,
nothing so i filtered and rode on
also
instead of castration or bombing campaigns, with younger more fiesty drivers, (usually on main roads), i usually let them start first then ask if they want to come down a quiet road with no cameras or witness and this has been sufficient enough to difuse situations -

Someone must have mentioned the irony that the stock image of him is one where he's holding quite a large chopper.

Couple of Jewish blokes were threatened on the Lea towpath yesterday, some idiot went up and said "I will kill you", he's remanded in custody and charged with threats to kill. Mandatory yarmulkes for cyclists.

'While driving' makes everything into a lesser offence, didn't you get the memo?

After Parris's hilarious "let's garrotte cyclists" column the PCC as was ruled that prejudice can't be predicated on mode of transport.

Then that would explain the lack of aggravated circumstances for the public order conviction for Mr Wells?
Idiot in the Standard article deserves what's coming, if that's accurate though. I certainly didn't mean to trivialise that at all.

Maybe I've confused matters, saying "I will kill you" with racist insults is more serious than just idly saying you will kill someone. But then again the rider was targeted because he was a cyclist. So if the racial element makes threats to kill more serious because it is an attack on an entire section of society surely it's the same when the victim is targeted cos of their mode of transport. Blokes on the towpath had done nothing wrong and were attacked cos of what they are, not who they are. It's the same with the Priory Lane rider.

There might even be more assaults and aggression suffered by cyclists than Jewish people in the UK, but perhaps I've confused matters enough.
butcher = a person who slaughters animals for food / kills someone brutally / you could butcher this thread ...
