Wheels are build up. I will true them tomorrow. I think they look the biz. Hubs are not as smooth as I had hoped. Maybe I'll get some better bearing balls for them or try adding some extra grease... Or maybe they just need some riding to become nice and smooth. Today was a good day.

I found that with a recent 105 hub. I think they just need riding in tbh, I'm sure Shimano know what they are doing ...

And yeah, ride the wheels first, they're open bearings right? Sometimes grease feels sticky at first.

It doesn't feel as the grease is making it run badly, it feels like the balls are creating the resistance. As if it is worn.. Gritty. We will see

Always worth opening up new Shimano hubs imo. Fill them with some decent grease and get them adjusted perfectly.

Just been catching up with your progress on this, fantastic colour and graphics look great too. +1 on adjusting and greasing new shimano hubs btw. They're great quality but usually too tight out of the box.
