Ah yes, couldn't quite remember the price.

Early Specialized are matt black, later ones have a visible carbon weave.
Clinchers go for more than tubs and are easier to sell (on LFGSS; on TTF there are more tub fans).
Some freehubs can be converted to front: if you UTFS there is a thread on here, something like "can my rear trispoke be converted to front".
Visible weave, clincher, front: £250-ish. Matt black, tub, front: <£200.
A matt black, tub, rear didn't get any interest on here at £90 last year.
A pair will be harder to sell.

I see most people end up splitting pairs of trispokes. I had a rear visible weave with non convertable hub which I sold for like £110 last year

I might be in the market for a pair or a front depending on price of course.

I haz 10spd Planet X full carbon disc for sells. Excellent condition. £300 posted. Fitted with new Corsa Evo CX tub too.

I like that. Sadly I'm all spent up at the mo, just bought a few other bits.
Might have a look in a couple of weeks.

Anyone got a fixed rear disc they'd like to part with? Ideally clincher, but you know, hens teeth an all that.
-
• #286
Yep, saw that. Silver brake track and £300 though.

• #287
Not a disc, but if anyone wants a daft rear wheel this seems cheap:

Looked at that last night - was tempted...thought it was a front 5 :(

£300 is a good price and you can always marker up / tape the brake track. I would nab that if I was a tub.

I have a tub version with a new(ish) Corsa CXIII that I'll be trying to shift soon if interested...

Anyone seen something like this before? i tried to undo the cog and in doing so the entire hub including threads started turning, on both side of the hub. There do appear to be some sort of notches for a lockring tool on this side. Can't tell if it is meant to do this or if it's fucked. When I turned it, the metal plates around the hub started bending apart.
The disc is Russian, probably a Fluidisk

It'll probably be fine, just ride it.

Nope.

Entirely supposition on my part, but I'd think they are to prevent the hub turning and unbonding from the disc when you remove the sprocket.
Can't tell if it is meant to do this or if it's fucked.
It looks like the hub is in two parts secured by the screws, so you should be able to completely disassemble and re-bond the disc to the flanges.
But...

PS Just seen the AQA thread: I know who I'd listen to...
-

To me it doesn't appear to have unbonded, it looks as if it is 1 continuous threaded piece which is moving along threads inside the hub. When it moves, it moves evenly and smoothly, there's no side to side movement or anything like that

Looks like meant to be like that, you have cut outs on lockring thread to tighten the hub in the flange, tighten that and then try to unscrew the cog. Or use the cutouts to unscrew cog. Lockring tool or similar would be advised.
Try selling on the TimeTrialling Forum. There's always interest in trispokes on there but they're a well educated bunch when it comes to prices so don't expect the earth.
