Nothing in stock, constant lying about when stuff will be in stock, broken promise after broken promise. Never again!

Been getting a few orders from them recently, they have quite a good stock tracker per item on the website now. The £5 off each order over £30 is getting used a lot. Double haribo too.

Hoping there stock tracker is working as they seem to be one of the few places with speedplay frogs

saw this thread but decided to give it a go anyway (in no hurry for the parts and hard to argue with the prices!). bought two rims. couple of days later sure enough an email saying one of the rims wasn't in stock and wont be in till june! i messaged back asking them to send another of the other rim i ordered (a different more expensive one), which they have agreed to. so that plus the fiver off code puts me ahead...in theory...if anything ever shows up...will update...

follow up to the above: the rims have arrived! BUT wasnt completely smooth sailing. got another email after above asking me to track my purchases. thankfully i looked. the replacement item was also out of stock and being ordered in. they had also sneakily upped the price. i assumed they would fill the original order with a replacement and send out that same day out of courtesy. after a flurry of further emails with me explaining how i had been misled/mis-sold twice, and would be now paying extra for the privilege, they agreed to fill original order with the replacement when it arrived at original order value. on the plus side rims were dispatched yesterday and arrived today.

would i use again? maybe...i have a feeling they are going to the ryanair of the bike world...

Ordered some brakes mid April, they phoned to say "out of stock till end of May".
A week later brakes arrived with Haribo.

I think they have stock issues, but the order managers are trying to do their thing

Ordered pedals one week ago, got an email saying they were planning to dispatch them 5 days later. 7 days later I've heard nothing more.

im pretty pissed off with them, i placed my first order on the 27th jun on a cannondale caadx, a few days later i noticed nothing had got any closer to a delivery, we then called them to be told they sent us an email, but they never did, i have no reason to lie, they said that bike was discontinued, i then changed my order to another caadx only 45 pound more black and white one, they said thats fine thats the one we brought over as a second option anyway, so a day or two later get the despach date for the 11th july, and on the order form its a silver one at 200 pounds more, but now its gonna be too late im gonna have to stick with it because i need it quick, so now im paying 1200 on a bike i wouldnt have chose at that price in a colour i dont like.

So you have created an account to tell us about this? Why not just source the bike elsewhere?
