Favourite build I've seen on here so far! I love it!

Sweet hydration setup!
-
• #104
ha, Yes. I can imagine it going horribly wrong if you attempted to refresh yourself and go over a bumb at the same time.
-

woof. I've got a similar frame gathering dust, think you've convinced me to build it up.

The Dave has developed what appears to be a pretty serious crack spiralling from where the rear brake cable exits the frame. I haven't sanded it back yet to check but in a fit of rage last week after spotting the crack I purchased this from @gouache
It still has fades and a awesome wishbone stay so I'm happy. It's almost exactly the same size as the Dave Lloyd but I think it has a slightly steeper head tube. Won't get a chance to swap the parts over until next week as I have a parallax turning up tomorrow which needs building for a couple of rides this weekend. So many new bike days!

Well the picture won't upload from my phone so you'll have to wait for pictures

Shiiiieeettttt
Is 650?!
Just saw "tri" on top tube so guessing so. That is awesome .
-
• #111
Yeah, 650c as well! I've got the wheels now so I can't be moving up to 700c for a while!

good find. Looks very similar in radness and general geo.
So lucky to find it when you did. Will you have to change any parts? -
• #113
First part of the title still holds with the new frame!
Too bad about the crack, but new frame looks lovely as well.

I think everything will just swap over. I'm sure something will bite me in the arse though.
I'm very tempted to put some coloured cables on it, partly because its previous build had coloured cables and it looked kinda rad. I'm thinking yellow or orange to match the decals. Probably booking myself a ticket to anti

Welcome to the club. Fucking Awesome.
-
• #116
Awesome. First one was radness, the serotta looks set to beat it though.

Please get a rear disque (:-)

• #119
Hang Dave up on the wall and swap parts to Serotta?
-
• #120
I'm happy you like the frame ! A CK gold perfectly matched the serotta logo colours, unfortunately I sold it before the frameset.
BTW the middleburn with the purple star is also for sale :D -

Dayum.
Love the black components and groupset, especially in combination with those sweet spoks. Very good.
Is it me/the picture, or is the saddle a little bit tilted upwards?
-
• #123
Cheers,
Yeah the saddle looks all over the place, post needs to come up slightly so I'll sort it then.

Needs TT setup.
Or risers ;)
looks nice. Thought this may be interesting, though maybe only relevant for the 653 frames.
Not my writing but still stands true. Got it here.
