The paint is so much more vibrant in real life The photos make it look so flat.

New BB and brake cables are all I need to get it rolling now. Can't wait to get it out for a spin!

Am presently undertaking the final assembly...

C'est Fin (sort of). I need to find a 3/32" half link. Does such a thing exist? It rides really well. Happy with everything, except the non-existent mud clearance on the rear tyre and seat-tube. A whole link is too much.

Feasible to lose a tooth from the chainring, gain a link and a tooth or alternatively just run a 1/8th chain/half link

I need to sort out the line of the front-edge of the pink paint, on the forks. It looked right when the for was alone, but fitted to the bike it visually sweeps back too much, towards the crown. Easy to fix though.

And the saddle is slightly nose-down. It's easier to notice these things; looking at the photos.

might be right about the dropouts. nothing that a half-link won't fix though!
