Same thing that holds up my hammock. And the same stuff that barneys transparent tent is made from.

Barney's tent is made of bicycle spokes?

Chumbi (plural) always seem to look 'right'. The geometry and proportions are spot on.

Not sure the tyre would last long round my way but the rest of this is great.

My parents are moving which means I’ve had to collect my mountain bikes. They’ve been mothballed for 12 plus years. First up is my Jericho Leadfoot made in California by Josh Ogle, I’m guessing around 2003/4 back in the days when the £ to $ was 1:2 and some how it made it through customs without a charge too.
Not sure what I’m going to do with it for now the ebb might be totally Stuck, it was always a total pig to work on. My steamroller needs a new headset so I’m removing the king, so it might just be a walk hanger for now.
I walked the South Downs way with it around 2007, that was fun!
Other stuff in the collection, an IF Crown Jewels SS mountain bike, a cotic simple, Bianchi buss and a intense spider.

Nice! I'll try and find out how my friend got the EBB out of their Gryphon. Have a feeling it may have involved a retired engineer with a shed full of stuff but that could have been something else.

What style of ebb is it?

It’s a classic bushnell, I’m sure it will come out again with a bit of persuasion, but it’s all a bit academic, it’s unlikely to be more than a wall hanging I think.
If I’m going to get one back on the trails again it would make more sense for it to be the cotic

My Bushnell jams up a bit. On mine it’s the wedges not releasing. I back the 4mm Allen key off then stick a fatter Allen key down the hole and give it a tap with a hammer. Then repeat from the other side. This pushes the wedges back and lets it move.

Finally, I have a SSMTB

Planned out a big ride on my inbred tomorrow - tow-paths and cycle paths to a brief hilly bit on the edge of the peak district then home along similar paths. Watch this space for immediate investigation into fast xc tyres and carbon fork tomorrow afternoon. Hope I don't hate it.
I hope you're not going to derail this thread again!
Derailment is what the gravel thread is for
