  • now probably probably closer to 100k done on my niner. Feels great but I need to shift the center of balance a tad bit back :-)

the ebb a bit that way, shorter stem 90->70, setback post.

  • Front too heavy to lift or wrists hurting?

  • old school xc geo with 72 deg head angle and long stem is quite track bikey feel :-)

I want to switch my weight a bit rearwards

  • Yeah my MCR is 72 with 7oomm bars and 80mm stem - I've got used to it but it's too much weight forwards for rigids.

  • Already had setback post, switched the ebb from 3pm to 10pm (when viewed from drive side). Just need to switch the stem now. I got flu atm so not immidiate need

But yea on that last ride trying to keep up with the two other dudes it was one otb per hour for me :D

  • I want to switch my weight a bit rearwards

Fitting a pair a these would do the trick ;-)

  • :D i know. most likely getting 100-120 reba next summer (i know 120 voids any warranty i might have)

  • ^ In love with that

  • I don't get the bent down tube and top tube but the ST bend is sublime , tapered HT blends beautifully and I'd dearly like to see how they got clearance for 3" at the rear with such short chainstays.

  • Curvy tubes are sort of their 'thing'

  • offset (Boost or AI like) chainline + no FD I'd imagine.

  • fuckin lush.
    that fork is sumin else

I think that's my favourite colour scheme ever.

  • I know it's a repost, but this looks awesome:

  • I know it's a repost Rohloff, but this looks awesome:

    ;-)

  • I think i want to switch back to rigid forks on my Humu and the blue Skylar and the maroon thing up there are convincing me I need a segmented fork.

Is a Gusset Jury/OneOne fork gonna cut it?

  • gusset jury is v v v heavy

  • There is an SL version...probably only stand for "Slightly Lighter".

Doubt the OnOnes are much better eh?

  • Doubt the OnOnes are much better eh?

The On Ones are very much a stiff & heavy old lump too.

The Orange F8 was reasonably light and comfortable. I sold mine to @stedlocks .

Don't know if he's still using it, now the Transition's been sold?

  • They're lovely. Didn't realise there was a disc version, I know the ones with the rearward facing canti posts.

Any chance you know/can remember how long they were?

I need something with a bit of suspension correction to keep the geometry and be height right.

NM, your sale thread is first google result and has the a2c in it.

  • theyre the ones i have for the right retroish a-c. think on ones were similar at 1200g when i was looking.

depends on how much you wanna spend though, will just leave these here... ; )

edit. for less than that price im sure you could get someone to make you a custom set of steel ones in the uk.

  • Just Pm'd ....here they were on the Transition
