fair play to the mechanic at cadence - there was a miscommunication about the bar set up - he is now working late to fix it for me tonight. hopefully I can take some dramatic stills tomorrow AM

front mech change up is never slick with Q rings and needs very careful (more time) setting up

At long last the Second-hand Cervelo is completed! big thanks to @dan @HoKe @NoFuckingChance @user49322 @J9NOA and everyone else for your help.

@7VEN surprisingly the geo similar to my old steel beater, so very comfortable! However I wasn't prepared for how much better it transfers power. It is seriously rapid!

Hope you've taken the valve caps off by now :)

you need to rotate the bars down, ergonova's look weird if you try and get a level bar - hood transition.

So I've already decided that a regular bottle isn't aero enough, and bought myself a Crono CX

Like any good architecture project, I went way over budget! However I did source the frame, wheels and groupset on this forum. So the most expensive new purchase was the rotor chainset

^^^^^^^ I'm with Sumo on the bars, way more comfortable on the drops. Such a good build though.

This how she looks after a 120km sportive with @HoKe all went pretty well after I had figured out how to keep the chain on! Not sure if I agree about the bar position guys, it was plenty comfortable today.
