Would you expect anything less from an architect?
Gonna run tubeless too...
And no, I won’t be attempting to install this myself

Awesome silly groupset choice. Would
-
• #161
Dont. Enve seatposts are shite.
Unless you like your saddle angle at full penetration or you have a 1m saddle to bar drop.

GP5000's are pretty true to size, unlike 4000's which are HUGE
Also - FSA do a very nice inline 25.4 SLK seatpost which all the graphics come off very easily to just be nice raw UD carbon

Oh, you'll also need a new steerer tube bung if the supplied one was the cannondale Si one, because its uselss.

Very proud of this choice - i was so close to pulling trigger on this for the Genesis.

Hylix do pretty minimal branding carbons seatposts for 25.4mm sizes? They seem to be well received on WW.

So I’ve been on the Thomson website and i think they have bars that might work for me, although they are confusing described as off road bars?!?

why would saddle to bar drop have anything to do with a seapost clamp working?
I agree the enve system isn't the greatest but it does work.
-
• #175
The latest clamping system on the ENVE Seatpost doesn’t work, that’s the point.
You can either have your saddle at such an obtuse angle it penetrates you, or so acute that you’d have to be very leggy and saddle-to-bar droppy for it to be comfortable.
The happy medium of saddle angle was impossible to find (for me) with the ENVE post clamps and resulted in me actually cracking the post cradle trying to keep the saddle at a comfortable angle, despite not over-torquing.
