Clerks and IPA will play each other on the 3rd of December at Newington.

This may interrupt throw-ins and we apologise but IPA only have a small window of play due to travelling/family.

Could we get some refs? Whilst it'll be a throwin night, attendance has been on/off and we'd like to secure some keen volunteers in case...

All I’m saying is why 6 mates, all experienced players, couldn’t just come together and play a competitive game in good spirit is beyond me, especially considering we all made the effort to turn up on a week night in shit weather conditions and pull together from a NE scene that feels like it’s struggling to stay together these days. In all my years playing the league, that was the lamest game I’ve ever experienced. To me it made a mockery of everything polo is meant to stand for. That game ended up meaning absolutely nothing to me and quite frankly makes me want to hang up my gloves.

@MAT Crikey, sounds pretty bad. Tbh I've been having similar thoughts on polo in the last few years, don't let it get you down though dude, the right attitude is still there but things are getting twisted. NE polo deffo needs to sort things out though. Maybe a big attendance at the lhbpa agm on Thursday would be a good place to discuss positive steps to rejuvenate the Phoenix....?

I would suggest forfeited to other team, treat it as if all three players sent off.
